Review 3:

I had a roof replacement and new gutters installed. The roof part was not bad other than something they used (maybe to heat the adhesive/tar) stripped the paint off the backyard floor. I asked about it a while back and never got a response. The gutter replacement was awful! The subcontractors they use are not reliable. The first one they gave the job to did not show up and according to Raimundo, just stopped responding. A second company was used. They left large pieces of sharpe jagged gutter they cut all over the property (I have dogs that could have been injured). There are not enough downspouts and after specifically requesting that water does not drain down into the foundation, it was still installed that way. When I told Raimundo (because he asked) he said it was pointing facing away. When I said still drains into the foundation, he ghosted me. I never heard from them again. I have not received any warranty paperwork, nothing! Never heard from them again until this request for a review. Also, I keep brooms, dust pans, etc all over the property and some were broken. Chairs left strewn all about not put back, etc. not a great experience at all.
