Review 1:

Andrew De La Rosa at ASF was a great help with processing my windows and doors permit and other matters related to my property. He made the process easier, and I really appreciate his support and professionalism. Highly recommend Andrew and the ASF team!

Review 2:

Extreme lack of statutory compliance and unprofessional management. Association Services of Florida (an Associa company) and Regional Director Luisana Carrizo have consistently ignored formal, statutory requests for official association records, violating Florida Statutes regarding 10-day inspection deadlines. Instead of fulfilling basic legal duties, management attempts to illegally pass off common element maintenance duties (like exterior painting and structural repairs) onto individual homeowners while improperly redirecting record requests to third-party accounting firms. Extremely disappointing experience—unresponsive, non-compliant, and negligent.

Review 3:

My experience dealing with this HOA/management company for project approvals has been frustrating, mainly due to communication issues. All communication is handled via email only — there is no option to speak directly with a representative by phone. I have left multiple voicemails, and none of them have been returned. This has made the approval process for my projects more difficult and time-consuming than it should be. On a positive note, Andrew has been responsive and helpful — but only through email. If you're someone who prefers or needs phone communication, be prepared for a challenge. Overall, the lack of accessible phone support has made what should be a simple approval process into a repeated headache across multiple projects.

Review 4:

Monica Lithg from DCI branch, is always a pleasure working with her, she manages a condominium in the Keys and is consistently kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We truly appreciate her help and professionalism.
