🚩 HUGE RED FLAG — I would think very carefully before hiring Full Pro Restoration. What started as a kitchen project turned into an extremely frustrating experience involving unfinished work, missed timelines, additional expenses, and now money that I am still waiting to be reimbursed for. Our project went beyond the contracted timeline, and several items were left unfinished or had to be corrected. Among the issues were kitchen walls and patches that were not properly finished and painted, damaged and unfinished areas around the baseboard and door frame, and problems with the kitchen ceiling paint. Because these items were not properly completed, I had to hire my own painter to fix and finish the work. The cost was $375. Full Pro Restoration was notified, the invoice was provided, and reimbursement was requested. I am STILL waiting for my $375. What made the situation even more disappointing was that when I asked Eduardo about the reimbursement, he attempted to suggest that I should essentially consider the money offset by a second waterfall on my countertop. That is absolutely not what happened. Their salesperson changed the original kitchen design by removing an elaborate pantry design and adding the second waterfall. I was specifically told at the time that the cost would remain the same. That design change has nothing whatsoever to do with reimbursing me for money I later had to spend correcting unfinished work. The pullout trays for the pantry were eventually delivered, but they were left at my home IN BOXES for us to deal with. There were other issues throughout this project as well. We were originally told that the company would handle the roof and ceiling opening necessary for the kitchen hood ventilation. They later backed away from that, leaving us to pay to have that portion of the work handled ourselves. At this point, this is no longer about $375. It is about accountability. When a customer pays a company to complete a renovation, they should not have to chase the company to finish the work, spend their own money correcting unfinished work, and then continue chasing the company to be reimbursed. I gave Full Pro Restoration multiple opportunities to resolve this privately before posting publicly. Those opportunities have passed. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I have initiated legal action regarding this matter. I did not want this situation to reach this point. This company had multiple opportunities to address the outstanding issues and resolve this directly with me. My advice to anyone considering Full Pro Restoration is simple: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Document every promise, every design change, every deadline and every payment. Take photographs throughout the entire project and keep copies of your invoices, emails and text messages. I have documentation supporting my experience, including communications, photographs and invoices. Based on my experience, I would not hire Full Pro Restoration again and I cannot recommend them. 🚩 Proceed with extreme caution.
