Review 1:

I needed some repairs on a fairly new roof because water was getting in around the chimney flashing. Collin came out, looked everything over, explained the issue clearly, and gave me a fair estimate. Just a few days later, Roofing J & L had the crew on my roof taking care of the problem. They were friendly, professional, and really knew their roofing work. The repair was done right, the area was cleaned up well, and everything feels solid again. Now I can enjoy the heavy rain and storms without worrying about roof leaks. If I ever need more roof repairs or a full roof replacement, I would not waste time looking anywhere else. I would go straight back to Collin and the team because they did an excellent job and made the whole process easy.

Review 2:

This commercial roofing crew stands out from the rest. bernard and his team were exactly what we needed in a roofing contractor: on time, courteous, respectful of our property, very attentive, and fair with the budget. From the first inspection to the final repair, the whole process was smooth and impressive. Our old flat rubber roof had serious wind damage after a strong Florida storm, and they responded fast with an emergency patch that protected the building until the full roof repair could be completed. i really appreciated how erik got up there in the rain and handled the temporary fix safely and quickly. Once they came back for the main job, they repaired the commercial roof the right way and made it feel solid and dependable again. Their workmanship, communication, and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind about the condition of our roof. in Miami Gardens, having a reliable roofer matters, especially with heavy rain, wind, and heat, and this team proved they know how to handle those conditions. I would gladly call them again for any future commercial roofing work and strongly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, emergency service, or a full commercial roofing solution. Five stars still feels too low for the quality of service they provided.

Review 3:

Bernard did an excellent job on my roof for Roofing J & L. It was a full tear-off with old cedar shingles, so it was a large roofing project, but the crew handled it smoothly from start to finish. They cleaned up nails and debris each day, kept the work area organized, and finished the roof right on schedule. During the tear-off, there was a small issue with a gutter, and Bernard came back quickly to fix it without any hassle. I had several roofing estimates before making a choice, and the pricing was in a similar range, but the strong referral, solid online reputation, and clear communication made the decision easy. The whole experience was professional, reliable, and stress-free, and I highly recommend them for any roof replacement or roofing repair work.

Review 4:

I had Roofing J & L check a section of my roof drainage and gutter line that was not moving rainwater the right way. They explained that the best fix was to add a downspout and adjust the gutter pitch so water could flow correctly away from the roof. At first, the repair was not quite where I wanted it to be, but Bernard listened to my concerns and made sure the issue would be handled properly. Then Jamie came out, spent extra time fine-tuning the gutter and downspout, and got the water flowing in the right direction. Jamie also returned for another visit to make a few needed adjustments so everything worked better during heavy Florida rain. I really appreciated how my concerns were taken seriously and how the team stayed committed until the job was done right. What seemed like a simple gutter repair turned out to be more involved, but they followed through and delivered a solid result.
