I recommend Big Al’s Roofing because even though there was a few hiccups in between, in the end Big Al’s roofing was extremely professional and precise and answered to all my questions and concerns. Their sales rep Oscar was the ultimate human and a great person to interact with which helped me in every way possible. A superb representative!! The quality of these metals is excellent and it just looks beautiful in my home. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism. Blessings, The Arango’s

Review 4:

My review today is for the initial process of roof repair… the owner was always in prompt contact with me. He answered all of my questions professionally and sent out his guys quickly to do an estimate. He also sent out his guys to do the job right away after I approved the job. The roofer that came seemed knowledgeable, honest, and with experience. He did the job he was sent to do. They didn’t drag it out like another company who quoted me before Big Al’s to then tell me I had to wait 3 weeks for the job to be done. I can’t yet rate the quality of the job as that takes time to be seen. I will return and edit my review if I see the issue continues and wasn’t addressed properly. They offer 1 year warranty for the job.
